We are two professionals with 10+ years experience of working with public and private sector clients in Life Sciences, Health and Social Care on their strategic and operational needs.
We have started Redlund Flores Health & Care Partners to deliver Strategy, Evaluation and Innovation Support to transform population health and wellbeing.
We are based in Portugal and work with clients across the EU and UK.

Joana Flores
Director
I have over 10 years of experience in strategy, innovation and evaluation across Pharma, Biotech, the charity sector and the NHS. Through my career I have seen how the Life Sciences and Healthcare innovation ecosystem works, from lab bench to bedside.
My passion is to help make sure that research and innovation are used to improve population health and wellbeing. I combine the methodological and analytic rigour from my academic background with several years of professional experience working with health system partners on real-world problems.
My most recent role was as an Innovation Lead at Imperial College Health Partners, where I had the privilege of leading one of North West London’s Research and Innovation Missions to improve Children and Young People’s Mental Health.
I hold a PhD in Stem Cell Research from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
Christoffer Redlund
Director
Hi, I'm Christoffer — a strategy and operations consultant with over 10 years of experience across healthtech, health and social care, and management consulting. Throughout my career I've had a front-row seat to how innovative ideas in healthcare move from concept to real-world delivery — and where things often get stuck along the way.
My passion is helping organisations at the frontline of health and care to grow, operate more effectively, and build technology that people actually want to use. I combine the strategic rigour of my consulting background with hands-on experience scaling healthtech companies from the ground up.
Most recently, I served as Chief Operating Officer at FollowApp.Care, where I led the operational and commercial growth of a digital health company helping dental providers deliver more personalised, proactive patient care. Before that, I spent four years at Newton Europe working with NHS and public sector clients on complex transformation programmes.
